Seoul, South Korea – The Korea Online Export-Import Association (KOEIA), under the leadership of Chairman Cho Dong-hwi, has announced the official dispatch of an economic cooperation mission to Uzbekistan from June 14 to 20, 2026. This initiative aims to establish Uzbekistan as a gateway for Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) entering the Central Asian market, while also serving as a real-world case study of the Synapsco Cycle Theory, which explains how AI-driven information flows reshape global consumer behavior.
The delegation will engage in consecutive meetings with Uzbek government ministries, regional authorities, and chambers of commerce.
The mission focuses on 11 strategic industries, including energy, manufacturing, and information technology, identified as priority sectors for bilateral cooperation.
In partnership with the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Korea, the project emphasizes diplomatic coordination to ensure sustainable outcomes.
KOEIA seeks to establish Uzbekistan as a strategic hub for Korean SMEs pursuing global expansion.
The Synapsco Cycle Theory highlights how consumer engagement now follows a cycle of question → information → choice → experience → sharing → diffusion. This mission reflects that shift, as SMEs position themselves within AI-driven information ecosystems rather than relying on traditional advertising funnels.
